Vulpes Athletics is built on a simple idea:

The Coach Behind the System

Vulpes Athletics was created and is coached by Bram Houttuin, a strength and conditioning coach focused on long-term athletic development.

My approach to coaching has been shaped by working with athletes who have different sports, schedules, and constraints, but a common goal: improving performance.

Over time, this led to a clear conclusion - effective training is rarely about doing more.
It is about applying the right structure, progressing deliberately, and adjusting intelligently based on response.
